I have links
to three pages that you will want to download and print for further
study in preparation for unwanted "Visitors" showing up
on your property.
These three sheets comprise the:
"Property
Protection Packet for Missourians".
The information
contained in these pages may be helpful to property owners in states
other than Missouri, but state laws vary. Therefore, we do not advocate
following these instructions without first checking the state laws
and local ordinances where you live.
1. Download
and print these three pages and read through them NOW!
If you do not have Acrobat
Reader on your computer, here is a link to download and install
the FREE software onto your computer.
"Acrobat" documents (pdf extension) are very commonly used
for distribution of information by way of the Internet. So, having
this FREE software on your computer will be helpful when receiving
other documents from MoFed and from many other sources. A lot of computers
come with it already installed so you may have it on your computer
already.

2. Study the
"Instructions
and Additional Information" sheet.
3. Follow the
instructions on the "What To
Do and What Not To Do" sheet.
4. Look over
and familiarize yourself with the "Visitors
Form" so that when the time comes for you to use it, you
will be comfortable with answering the questions on it, quickly. If
you have not read through this form, before you need to use it, you
may be slightly anxious when filling it out and you could miss crucial
information concerning the identification of any visitors who have
attempted to unlawfully gain access to your home and/or facility.
